General Provisions
Important: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement. By creating an account on the bduuu platform or using its services, you automatically agree to these Terms.
1 Introduction & Scope

3 Account Registration & Security
When creating an account on bduuu, you must provide your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false information is not acceptable and may result in account termination.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)
To ensure a safe and transparent environment, bduuu conducts identity verification when required. The following documents may be requested during this process:
- National ID card (NID) or scanned copy of passport
- Proof of recent address (utility bill, bank statement)
- Documents confirming ownership of the payment method used
Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. bduuu keeps all information secure and uses it only for the required purposes.
5 Account Closure & Suspension
bduuu reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of the Terms
- Suspicion of fraud or fraudulent activity
- Operating multiple accounts
- Misuse of the bonus system
- Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
- Threats or harassment directed at other users

7 Withdrawal Policy
bduuu ensures that all valid withdrawal requests are processed in a timely manner. Key details regarding withdrawals are as follows:
Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Winnings from bonuses require the wagering conditions to be met before withdrawal (see Section 8 for details).
For unusual or suspicious transactions, bduuu may request additional documents to verify the withdrawal.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
8 Welcome Bonus
bduuu offers a welcome bonus for new users. Full details of the bonus are provided below:
Example: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive ৳1,000 as a bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 (on the bonus amount only, not the total balance).
Another Example: If you deposit ৳42,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — giving a total balance of ৳62,000.
The bonus applies once only, at the time of the first deposit. The bonus cannot be claimed more than once from a single account.
9 General Bonus Rules
The following general rules apply to all promotions and bonuses:
- Bonuses may only be used on games available on the bduuu platform.
- bduuu reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed and the bonus cancelled.
- Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts may result in closure.

Gaming Rules
11 Fair Play Policy

If any user is found using software bots, automated betting tools, game rigging, or any other fraudulent method, their account will be immediately closed and any winnings may be forfeited.

12 Technical Issues & Disputes
If a game is interrupted due to server or software issues, or if an unusual result occurs, bduuu reserves the right to investigate the situation and make a decision.

19 Changes to Terms & Notification
